Literacy Teaching

Project Skills Required:

We welcome enthusiastic, friendly, motivated and cheerful volunteers who have a sense of humour and commitment to implement these programmes.

No formal teacher-training is required as each Volunteer will be supported by a project manager and existing Volunteers, as well as the volunteer coordinator, a formal local teacher. However, if you have any experience of teaching or working with children then you will find it of great benefit. Volunteers should be enthusiastic, happy to work with children and prepared to teach in basic conditions.
