Aim
|
| To improve cultural, technological and environmental awareness between UK and developing world schools.
|

Objectives
|
- Creating North / South partnerships with kindergarten, primary and secondary schools
- Provide introductory talks to all year groups in both North / South schools
- Provide learning resources, materials and lesson templates that fit into the academic curriculum for schools
- Initiate joint projects termly or annually within subjects and year groups
- Monitor, review and develop the outcomes of curriculum based projects
- Provide opportunities for groups of students to take part in exchange visits
- Engage the wider communities of both schools

Methodology
|
All communication between schools will be facilitated over the internet using state of
the art technology that is already used in many UK schools. In the subsequent pages we will outline how each of the
objectives will be achieved. It should be noted that different age groups of schools will fit different types of
partnerships, what a child learns in kindergarten will be developed upon in Primary and that in turn will be
developed upon in Secondary school. This provides a complete package to a group of schools (kindergarten, primary and
secondary) in the same area so that at every stage of a child’s education they have the opportunity to learn
something new about Ghana. This implies that the programme has a 14 year cycle.
