| With so many celebrity chefs demonstrating culinary delights from around the world,
Sabre Trust can offer catering students a unique, once in a life time Ghanaian food experience. What could be better
than to learn about the indigenous food, how to prepare, cook and serve a whole range of African staples and favourite
dishes. The masterclass programme is rich in many ways, in the sights of the markets, the smells of the spices,
the abundance of fresh ingredients to the raucous excitement and enthusiasm of all those who prepare food, from
the girls, the mamas to the chefs. |

The catering programme in Ghana is developed with the college to specifically meet the interests of the students.
The individual trip plan can include as many of the following elements as the Catering and Hospitality Principal
would like:
- Going to the farm to see how and where food is grown
- Going to the market to see what is sold and in what quantities
- Learning how to light a wood fire and a charcoal fire without which no cooking can take place
- Visiting a Catering and Hospitality College
- Cooking at the Beach Restaurant
- Cooking at Rubys the Town Restaurant
- Cooking with local families
